Upon purchasing a work of pixel art from me, you may use it however you'd like as long as you don't breach the following terms.My pixel art is not to be used for NFTs. I don't support the creation of NFTs or crypto in general.My pixel art is not to be used in games, unless disclosed during discussion of commissions.I reserve the right to deny pixel art for any reason. If I'm not comfortable doing your commission idea, do not complain if I don't do it.I will not charge a referral fee, but will expect half of the quoted payment before I start the artwork. In order to avoid scammers, I would like to have at least half payment before I actually start my artwork for your commission.Gifted art is fine, but art theft is not. If you're using an art from me, claiming ownership of it, and you did not buy it, and were not gifted it, you are breaching my terms of service.
